IN BALANCE FITNESS GYM APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In Balance Fitness is a local business that only has a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you.
When you book an appointment with the team at In Balance Fitness, we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on In Balance Fitness, our members and team. We have found that the cancellation policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful members.
Our goal at In Balance Fitness is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this, we have implemented the following policies:
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you provide notice via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- A cancellation fee will apply when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of the appointment time;
30-minute appointment= $25.
One-hour appointment = $50.
‘No shows’ will also be required to pay the cancellation fee.
When will a fee be waived?
If reception is notified via phone or email that you are unwell within 24 hours of missing your appointment, and a medical certificate can be supplied within seven (7) days of your missed appointment;
If an extenuating circumstance or emergency has occurred.
The cancellation fee will be automatically deducted on your next scheduled payment.
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment.
You will also receive a confirmation email at the time of booking which provides all of your appointment details.
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the appointment you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however,
please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
