In Balance Fitness is open 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with an access card!
If you need to talk to a staff member, or want to come during hours which staff are available:
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 8.30pm, Friday 8.30am – 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm, Public Holidays 8:30am – 11:30am.
The club will not be staffed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday.
If we experience staff shortages, we update the front page and also place notifications on social media to update customers and members.
Yes! you can always pop in to either club during staff/office hours. Although its recommended to call ahead to ensure someone will be available to show you around.
We provide a text reminder service 48 hours prior to appointments, and ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to provide us with adequate time and opportunity to book in other members who may be waiting for an appointment.
However, we do understand when life gets in the way, so if something comes up we ask that you call us ASAP to let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment. Failure to do so will incur a fee, please see our cancellation policy in more detail here:https://inbalancefit.wpengine.com/gacp/
The minimum age is 14 providing that you have parents’ consent and your legal guardian must complete a guarantor form.

We understand that life is full of changes, and we respect your decision if the time comes for you to move on. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation process, we've outlined our cancellation policy below:
(Please be aware that special promotional memberships may have exceptions or variations to the conditions mentioned below. If you have joined during a promotional membership period, we encourage you to review your membership contract for any specific terms, options, or benefits that may differ from the standard conditions.)
Flexi Term Contract: Upon joining, you've committed to a flexible term contract with us. Once your committed payments are completed, your membership will continue on a week-to-week basis, allowing you the freedom to cancel whenever you choose.
Cancellation Procedure: To initiate the cancellation process, follow the link here: https://form.jotform.com/InBalance/in-balance-fitness---members-cancel Alternatively, we kindly ask you to complete a cancellation form in-person at our club, alongside a member of our staff. This ensures we can address any questions or concerns you may have, and help you with the process.
Timeframe: Once the cancellation form is completed, your membership will be canceled within 2 business days, provided your account is in good standing order.
Absentee Cancellation: If, for any reason, you're unable to visit the club, you may request an email form. Please note that email cancellations require a 14-day notice period to process.
Minimum Term Memberships: If your membership is still within the minimum term, applicable fees will be in effect should you decide to cancel.
Transfer of Membership:
You can opt to transfer the remainder of your membership to a friend, a family member or anyone who is not an existing member. For a direct debit member, this would involve transferring the remaining number of debits on the agreement.
How to Transfer Your Membership:
Schedule an Appointment: Contact our Member Care Coordinator at 9741 2686 or email us at mc@inbalancefitness.com.au to schedule an appointment for the transfer.
Visit the Club: On the scheduled day, visit our club in person along with the individual to whom you're transferring the membership.
Complete the Paperwork: Our team will guide you through the necessary paperwork to complete the transfer. If the transferee is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will need to fill out a Guarantor form in the club.
Transfer Fee: Please note that there is a $50 transfer fee, which will be incurred by the member transferring the membership.

Is Personal Training included?
Personal training is a fantastic way to fast track your goals! All our trainers charge according to experience and qualifications. Expect to pay between $35-$70 per session for one on one personal training.
Yes, we offer an 'ANY' club membership, if you call the Club, our friendly staff can inform you of the details.
Casual Sessions are available during staffed hours. If you're planning to visit outside of these hours, don't worry – we've got a solution for you!
Accessing After Hours with a Friend/Family Member:
Here's the good news: If you arrive with a friend or family member who is already a Club Member, you can gain entry even after regular staffed hours. To make this process seamless, please follow these steps:

Pricing Details:
Casual session to the gym or a group exercise class: $16.00.

Membership Freeze Policy
Standard Freeze
a. In-Term Memberships
Members with active in-term memberships have the option to freeze their membership at a cost of $2 per week. This freeze is available for a maximum duration of six months over the life of the membership.
b. Outside Membership Term
Members who are outside of an in-term membership (i.e., not currently in a fixed membership contract) are not subject to a maximum freeze duration and can freeze their membership indefinitely at the same rate of $2 per week.
Medical Freeze
a. Initial Period
Members who present a valid medical certificate indicating that they cannot exercise due to a medical condition will be granted an initial freeze period of up to eight weeks at no charge.
b. Reassessment
After the initial eight-week period, the freeze will be reassessed. Members may be required to provide updated medical documentation.
c. Extended Medical Freeze
Extensions beyond 16 weeks may incur the standard $2 per week freeze fee.
Maximum Freeze Period
On any in-term membership, the total freeze period (standard and medical combined) cannot exceed 26 weeks.
Hassle-Free Process:
Suspending your membership is as easy as it gets. Simply fill out the suspension request form via the provided link here: https://form.jotform.com/InBalance/suspension-request-form Once we receive your request, our team will promptly process it or get in touch with you to discuss the details of your suspension.
If you are moving or are unable to continue with your membership, you can transfer the remainder of your membership to a friend, a family member or anyone who is not an existing member. For a direct debit member, this would involve transferring the remaining number of debits on the agreement.
All you need to do is make an appointment with our Member Care Coordinator on 9741 2686 or email at mc@inbalancefitness.com.au, come into the club with the person your transferring the membership to, and fill out the necessary paperwork to be completed. If the transferee is under 18 years of age, a Guarantor form will need to be completed (in club) by a parent or guardian. The member transferring their membership will also incur a $50 transfer fee.
To ensure the Club is able to provide a high level of service in a safe, healthy and pleasant environment for all, members must comply with the following conditions:
• a. Entry will be refused or a person request to leave the centre if the person:
i. Is abusive or uses offensive language or whose behaviour is threatening or
ii. Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• b. No smoking is permitted in the club.
• c. No chewing gum is permitted in the club.
• d. Sweat towels must be used at all times.
• e. Weights must be returned to their correct place after use.
• f. Correct training attire and runners must be worn in the club – no jeans, work clothes, boots sandals, thongs, or clothing that is likely to cause offence to others are not permitted.
• g. No person under the age of 16 is permitted in the Club unless accompanied by a qualified instructor.
• h. No food is permitted in the club or group exercise classes.
• i. No entry to a group exercise class 5 minutes after it starts.
Under the current Government orders, there is no restriction on vaccination status. Everyone is welcome.

By entering into this agreement with In-Balance Fitness, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Legally Binding Agreement: This agreement is legally binding, irrespective of the payment frequency chosen (yearly, monthly, or individual basis).
Non-Refundable Memberships: Paid-in-full memberships and access cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Liability Disclaimer: I understand that In-Balance Fitness bears no liability for personal injury or property loss resulting from negligence while on the premises or participating in endorsed activities.
Physical and Mental Fitness Acknowledgement: I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit for exercise at In-Balance Fitness. I commit to informing instructors of any changes to my health status that may affect my ability to exercise safely.
Premises Regulations: Smoking and gum chewing are strictly prohibited within the premises at all times.
Membership Card Requirement: All members must present or scan their membership card/tag upon arrival to access the facilities.
Dress Code Compliance: Proper training attire is mandatory, and inappropriate clothing is not permitted within the premises.
Manned/Staffed Hours: Refers to staff on duty for assistance in the Club; generally, when Reception is available. The club will have signage when no staff are available.
Guest Policy: Access Pass: Your membership access pass provides 24/7 club entry. During NON manned hours, you are able to bring a guest. Guests must be accompanied by a paying member and are required to provide visitor information via QR Check-In. Failure to complete the check in will result in a fine for the hosting member. Guests must be 18 years or older.
Payment of $16 for the visit can be paid via the QR Check in, or alternatively the member will be charged $16 on their next direct debit.
Cooling off Period: To cancel the Agreement, send a written notice to In Balance Fitness within seven (7) days of signing. You can mail it to 1-3 Manly St, Werribee VIC 3030 or email mc@inbalancefitness.com.au If you cancel during the cooling off period, In Balance Fitness will refund your payments, excluding any service used fees and administration charges. The refund will be processed within 10 days after receiving your notification. Refunds will be made directly to your bank account or credit card. No cash refunds are given.
Membership Transfer Option:
Eligibility: You can transfer your membership to a friend, family member, or a non-existing member.
Direct Debit Members: Transfer involves the remaining debits on the agreement.
How to Transfer:

Visit the Club: On the scheduled day, bring the transferee to our club in person.

If the medical condition persists and it is deemed appropriate, the suspension may be extended for another eight weeks at no charge. Further extensions beyond 16 weeks may incur the standard $2 per week freeze fee, depending on the nature of the medical condition and its impact on the member’s ability to use the gym facilities.
Maximum Freeze Period
On any in-term membership, the total freeze period (standard and medical combined) cannot exceed 26 weeks. If a member’s freeze period reaches this limit, the membership will be deemed abandoned, and the membership term will end. Members who wish to cancel their membership under these circumstances will be required to pay 75% of the remaining membership fees. Alternatively, they may transfer the membership to another individual. (See transfer policy)
Cancellation Procedure: To initiate the cancellation process, you need to complete a cancellation form in-person at our club, alongside a member of our staff. This process incurs 2-day notice period. Alternatively, you can request a cancellation form link, that can be emailed. This process incurs 14 days' notice period. (The procedure is listed in our FAQ section of the website for reference.
Early Contract Termination Fees: 75% of the remaining balance, with a minimum charge of $150, unless the remaining balance is less than $150, in which case the full remaining balance must be paid.
Age Restrictions: Gym access for individuals under 14 years of age is only allowed with the explicit authorisation of an instructor or management. Members bringing guests outside of 'manned hours' the guest must be over 18.
Equipment Maintenance: Weights and equipment must be returned to their designated places after use to maintain a safe and organised environment.
Sweat Towel Requirement: A sweat towel must be used during every visit to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Personal Belongings: In-Balance Fitness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on the premises.
Property Damage Responsibility: Members are accountable for any damage they cause to the property of In-Balance Fitness.
Entry Termination Rights: In-Balance Fitness reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships due to misconduct, drug/alcohol use, or failure to adhere to established rules and regulations.
Maintenance Closures: In-Balance Fitness may temporarily close certain areas or equipment for maintenance purposes at any time.
Staffed Hours Adjustments: The staffed hours of the facility may be adjusted periodically.
Policy and Fee Changes: Membership fees and centre policies/guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.
By accepting these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by In-Balance Fitness.
In the event of a Government lockdown, I understand that In Balance Fitness can offer a suspension fee of $5 per week that will be re-credited on reopening. This is optional and I can opt out of this.
During the lockdown period, we are making adjustments to our membership fees to accommodate the temporary closure of the club. Here's what you need to know:
Membership Fee Hold: All membership fees will be placed on hold for the duration of the lockdown, and in place of your regular fee, there will be a nominal $5 fee. This temporary change is designed to ease the financial impact on our members during this period.
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to participate in this fee adjustment, you have the option to opt out. However, it's important to note that any fees collected during the lockdown will be retained and applied to cover your membership fees upon our reopening. This way, you won't lose the value of your payments.
Paid In Full (Upfront) Members: If you are a Paid In Full (upfront) member, rest assured that your membership will be extended to account for the duration of the club's closure. This extension ensures that you receive the full value of your membership, and you won't miss out on any fitness time due to the lockdown.

Absolutely, we'd love to help you explore our facility! While we don't have dedicated staff available for tours at all times, we do offer limited guided tours during specific hours. To check the availability of guided tours, keep an eye on the scrolling display on the TV screen at the front of the gym; it will provide details on when tours are offered.
If you're eager to see what's on offer right away and a guided tour isn't available at the moment, you're welcome to visit us on a casual entry basis. This way, you can get a firsthand look at our facilities and decide if joining a membership is the right fit for you. We offer FitnessOnDemand, we have scheduled classes and our members can also chose different classes outside of the scheduled classes. FOD offer a wide arrangement of classes, from SPIN, to Yoga, HIIT, Pump plus much more..
