Addison found his love for fitness after becoming a member at In Balance Fitness in 2011. He had an immediate love for Group Fitness and HIIT training, which inspired him to pursue a career within the fitness industry.
While studying and working, Addison has worked hard towards teaching various group exercise programs from boxing and cycle to various Les Mills programs. Addison has a strong belief that you should never stop learning or striving to be the best ‘you’ you can be. His passion led him to win the Champion Award at the completion of his course, where he was acknowledged for excelling in all areas and always striving for perfection.
Addison’s mission is to help each person to become the fittest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves.
