Noora found her passion for fitness through Yoga, having had a back injury and with Yoga having helped her recover, she knew she had found her calling. After completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. She made the change from the corporate world, to her real passion in fitness. She has now brought this passion all the way to Australia from Sweden.
Noora is interested in looking for ways to optimize movement and reduce pain through functional and natural movement. She enjoys contrasts and loves mixing up different styles of exercising from yoga to high intensity training and weight training.
